What this service is

Parcelle is a free, independent information website. It helps you identify which courier may be handling a parcel and links you to that courier’s official website. We’re not a courier, postal service or government body, and we aren’t endorsed by or connected to any of them. We don’t handle parcels or have access to courier systems.

Accuracy

We recognise courier formats by pattern, and the result may be wrong: different couriers can use similar formats. Our guides are general information and not legal, customs or financial advice. Rules and procedures vary and change, so always confirm important details with the courier or relevant authority.

Third-party websites

We link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products or services. Don’t call numbers, install apps or make payments because of a message suggesting your parcel is held. Use the courier’s official website instead.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to disrupt it, scraping it in a way that harms its performance, or using it to deceive anyone.

Intellectual property

The site’s content and design belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Courier names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their services.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”, and we don’t guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. So far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of the site, including lost, late or damaged parcels or decisions made based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights.
