Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Parcelle (“we”) handles when you use this website, operated by Zyntra, India. Contact us about it at zyntrasite@gmail.com.
Tracking numbers
Our tracker recognises your number inside your own browser. It isn’t sent to our website, and we don’t store it. It’s kept in the part of the page address after the # symbol, which browsers don’t include in requests to web servers. It’s visible to anyone you share the link with, and to any scripts on the page, including advertising scripts when ads are shown.
If you select a courier link, you leave our site and that courier’s own privacy policy applies. For some couriers, the link includes your number so that their page can show it. When you use a “copy” link, your number is placed on your device’s clipboard.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to fix problems, and keep it only as long as needed for those purposes. Our contact form doesn’t send anything to us directly: it opens an email in your own mail app.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
Analytics
We don’t currently use an analytics service. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.
Advertising and cookies
We use, or may use, Google AdSense to show ads. Our own site doesn’t set cookies, but advertising can:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
- Other vendors or ad networks may also serve ads here. Google publishes a list of certified ad providers, and you can usually opt out of a vendor’s personalised-advertising cookies on its own website.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message, where required, before personalised ads are shown. You can change your browser’s cookie settings at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To use your rights, contact us at the address above.
Grievance officer
If you’re in India, or have a complaint about how we handle your information, you can contact our Grievance Officer: Mohamed Hisham, at zyntrasite@gmail.com. We aim to resolve grievances within one month of receiving them.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
Other websites
We link to courier and other websites that we don’t control. Please read their privacy policies.
