Delhivery says its customer support team can be reached only through its website or app. We don’t list a phone number, because Delhivery warns that other contact numbers on the internet may be fraudulent.
If there’s a problem
- Open Delhivery’s support page, log in with your phone number and raise your request there.
- If you bought from an online shop, you can also ask the seller to chase the delivery.
Stay safe. Delhivery warns about SMS messages claiming a failed delivery and sending people to fake websites. Don’t pay through links that aren’t from its official accounts.
